Shipping charges to UK Mainland

UK mainland is defined as any UK address except the Northern Ireland, Scotland & Surrounding Islands. For these areas, a separate shipping charge will be advised.

Regular Shipping

- £2.99 for all orders weighing below 1kg.

- £4.75 for all orders weighing over 1kg & less than £50.00.

Delivery costs will automatically be calculated when you proceed to the checkout.

Orders Above £50.00 - £2.75.

Please Note - An additional charge for Larger & heavier items may occur i.e canvases & easels

Express Shipping - £8.50 for all orders up to 10kgs in weight. An additional charge applies to orders over 10kg.

Express delivery (only to the UK mainland as defined above) will arrive the next working day (Mon - Fri) provided the order is placed by 2.00 p.m. the day before. Other options for specific delivery times (before Noon, 10am, 9am, or Saturday Delivery) are available. This service only applies to deliveries being made from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed from Thursday, after 2.00 p.m. and / or on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be despatched on Monday and expressed delivery on Tuesday.

Shipping outside the UK will be done by BAA Couriers. The rates charged can be found here

Delivery Policy

Artyfect will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you have given us as soon as the order has been accepted. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days for items in stock and 10 to 14 days for items out of stock, to UK destinations. If goods haven’t been delivered within 21 days please contact us immediately.

All goods must be signed for on receipt of consignment. Please do not sign for any goods that are visibly damaged. If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, and we shall do our best to replace it.

All goods are owned by Artyfect, until they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Artyfect will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Artyfect maintains a very high level of stock, however, in the event that a product is out of stock and for a period exceeding our stated time, we will notify you to see if you would prefer to purchase an alternative product. In the unlikely event that you receive an item, which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 72 hours of receipt.
